Have you ever felt like nobody cares about you? Or that you can’t do what you want because you’re scared of being judged and laughed at? Or that the world would be a better place without you?

This world is a beautiful place.
You are a beautiful person.
Take some time today to appreciate the world you live in!!!
It's full of so many wonderful and beautiful things!
Wake up every day and tell yourself that it is going to be a
good day. Tell yourself that you are happy and beautiful, because you are.
Start the day by watching the sunrise, or eating a good breakfast, or by
watching your favourite morning show.
Do whatever the heck you want and don’t let anyone stop you.
Wear makeup if you want to! Curl your hair if you want to!
Do whatever makes you feel confident but remember without all these things you
are still beautiful!
Throw kindness around like confetti.
Yes, people make mistakes but be nice to everyone and the
world will become a better place.
Always look for positives and always think positively.
If you concentrate on making yourself happy, I guarantee you
the world will start to look a lot brighter, and things will start to work out
in a way that benefit your mind, and energy in the long term.
Remember to take care of yourself. Eat healthy food, drink
lots of water, get lots of sleep, do things you love and be happy.
Your body is doing incredible things for you right now. You
are breathing, your heart is beating and your brain is working. Your body loves
you and you should love it back. It’s the only body you have.
Your body is your
only vehicle. Take care of it, and you'll enjoy this ride called life so much
more.
There's always a tomorrow if you have a bad day, tomorrow
WILL be better! And if it’s not better, then MAKE the next one better because
YOU and only you are responsible for your happiness.
Everyone experiences sadness, so remember that you are not
alone, and it does get better!
Stars shine brightest in the dark, and you have to be odd to
be number one.
There’s ALWAYS someone you can talk to and someone who loves
and cares for you. I know it may not seem like it, but it is true. I am one of
those people.
There are so many types of beautiful, and you are one of
them.

eyes, and rub them. Do you see the stars behind your eyelids? You have an
entire universe inside you.
The second thing is to smile. Smile right now. Force
yourself to smile. Smiling stimulates hormones in your body that makes you
happier.
There’s so much food you haven’t tasted, so many beautiful
songs you haven’t discovered, conversations you’ve never had. There are oceans
you have not been in, and forests you’ve never seen, books you’ve never read,
and sunsets you haven’t watched.
One day you’re going to wake up, and it won’t hurt as much
as it used to.
People wouldn’t say it gets better if it wasn’t true.
Make sure to love your mind, body & spirit!
Be kind to everyone including yourself.
Doing a bad thing doesn't make you a bad person. Failing a
test doesn't make you a failure. You are so much more than this.
Whenever you feel sad, just remember that there are billions
of cells in your body and all they care about it you.
Here are some things you can do today to make you feel
great: compliment someone, smile LOADS, tell people you love them, give hugs,
drink some tea, be yourself.
Make a list of things you want to achieve tomorrow! You will
be more productive and u can clearly see all the great things you got done!
Don’t let anyone or anything stand in the way of your
happiness.
Take one step at a time. It doesn't matter how slow you go
as long as you don't stop.
