My Lifestyle Plan



☆ Wake up around 6-8:30AM. It’s better to wake up early than to sleep in past midday.
☆ Have a good, big, healthy breakfast.
☆ Stretch for approximately 10 minutes every day.
☆ 2L of water a day is your goal.
☆ Buy a diary and write down everything. Write down thoughts, dates to remember, to-do lists, etc.
☆ Take some time out of your day to draw, write, read, or create something - inspire yourself.
☆ Do something every night before bed to pamper yourself - moisturize your skin with lotion, put a face mask on, take a bubble bath, paint your nails, put coconut oil in your hair, etc. whatever will help you relax and feel good about yourself.
☆ Go to bed at a reasonable hour, no later than 12:00AM. Aim to go to bed at 9-10PM.
☆ Spend more time offline.  There is no reason to be glued to your phone and laptop.
☆ There are exceptions to these rules.  If it’s your best friend’s birthday, eat some cake and stay up until 4AM.
☆ Go outside for at least 10 minutes everyday to soak up the sun and inhale fresh air. Try to go for a walk.
