New Year, New Resolutions



Helloooo,

I know it's already 14 days in to 2016, but Happy New Year!!

Around this time last year, I was just starting this blog, and I know I haven't got very far with it now, but I've still really enjoyed writing blog posts and taking pictures.

My first blog post for this year is going to be about my new year resolutions...

1. Stretch everyday. I used to be so flexible and fit when I was in primary school and the main reason for that is because I did ballet, hip hop and acrobatics, which meant a lot of stretching. Ever since I stopped doing it (because the place closed down), my body has become unfit and not flexible at all. So this year I want to stretch everyday, and my main outcome of stretching is to be able to do the splits.

2. Drink more water. Water is something I do not like at all, which is weird since apparently it has no taste. But I have learnt that water is very good for your body and it can help with clearing up skin and becoming healthier. I also just need to drink more in general, no matter what type of drink it is, because I don't drink enough at all. I used to only have 3 glasses of drink
(not water) a day.

3. Be more positive. At the start of last year I was super positive, and I saw myself as one of the most positive people I knew. But with school and family problems, I slowly started becoming more and more negative which hasn't ended very well. So this year I want to start being positive again.

4. Study harder. This is super important for me this year as I'm entering the last year of high school (help me). This resolution is going to be super hard for me as studying and school is probably my least favourite thing ever. But, I'm going to try to study harder because I know that if I do it will all pay off in the end.
